At Cincinnati FCA, our FINS (Faith In Sport) club teams - 16U Baseball and 12U Basketball - compete at a high level while pointing athletes to a greater purpose than wins or losses.
Too many young athletes tie their worth to performance. At FCA, we help athletes find their identity in Christ alone.
Through intentional coaching, regular team huddles, and competitive play, athletes are challenged to grow:
- Physically – with excellence and discipline
- Spiritually – grounded in Biblical truth
- Relationally – through teamwork, integrity, and service
Our goal is simple: that God would be glorified through the attitude, effort, and lives of our players, coaches, and families.

As FCA continues to grow, we desire to launch additional FINS club teams—and we’re looking for coaches who want to make an eternal impact.
We’re seeking highly qualified coaches who are passionate about their sport, grounded in their faith, and eager to use the platform of coaching to help athletes grow in skill, character, and their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Coaching with FINS is about more than competition. It’s an opportunity to disciple athletes, invest in families, and model what it looks like to compete with integrity, humility, and excellence.
